On November 24, 2022, our department chair Prof. Melih Cemal KUŞHAN, our vice chair Asst. Prof. Dr. Seyid Fehmi DİLTEMİZ, our department faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Selim GÜRGEN, Instr. Turgay URLA and our department secretary Gülfidan DEMİRKAYA, with the participation of Finance Project Consultancy Officer Pelin Işık ÇAKAR and Ümmühan AŞÇI, a meeting was held with THY Teknik A.Ş. General Manager Mikail AKBULUT.
As a result of the meeting, educational cooperation between our department and THY Teknik A.Ş. was discussed. In addition, it was stated that the necessary support will be provided for the Department of Aeronautical Engineering and ESOGU Aviation Research and Training Center, the foundations of which will be laid.
Our commemorative aircraft was handed over to Mikail AKBULUT, General Manager of THY Teknik A.Ş. by Prof. Melih Cemal KUŞHAN, Head of our department.
