A new session of the Aeronautical Engineering Conference Series organized by ESOGÜ-HUZTAM (Eskisehir Osmangazi University – Aviation and Space Technologies Research and Application Center) was held with the participation of Mr. Kenan Şahan, Human Resources Director at Turkish Technic; Mr. Abdülkerim Akyol, Recruitment Manager; and Mr. Mehmet Özer, Human Resources Employee Experience and Internal Communication Manager.
The event took place on November 5, 2025, between 14:00 and 16:00, at Eskisehir Osmangazi University, Faculty of Science, F5 Block Conference Hall.
The program began with an opening speech delivered by Prof. Dr. Melih Cemal Kuşhan, Head of the Department of Aeronautical Engineering.
During the conference, Mr. Kenan Şahan, Mr. Abdülkerim Akyol, and Mr. Mehmet Özer shared valuable insights on the significance of human resources in the aviation industry, career planning processes, and employment opportunities within Turkish Technic.
The event, which attracted great interest from students and academics, concluded with the presentation of plaques to Mr. Kenan Şahan, Mr. Abdülkerim Akyol, and Mr. Mehmet Özer by Prof. Dr. Melih Cemal Kuşhan in appreciation of their contributions
